Oliver has a broad range of experience with a diverse client base located throughout Yorkshire and the north of England.

Advice provided to clients has encompassed representation at Mediation, Public Inquiry and through Arbitral proceedings, together with acting as a trustee and executor for property and estate matters.

Particular experience has been obtained in sales, lettings and acquisitions, estate management, valuations, agricultural finance, agri-business, planning, dispute resolution and general professional matters.

Qualifications

BSc (Hons) in Rural Enterprise and Land Management
Member of the Royal Institution of Chartered Surveyors
Fellow of the Central Association of Agricultural Valuers
Worshipful Company of Farmers (Advanced Course in Agricultural Business Management).

Over 20 years post qualification experience
Direct practical experience with the operation and management of farming and leisure businesses located in Northumberland and Yorkshire.
